Does NgageChat use a shared integration account?
Not in the browser sign-in mode, which is the one to specify for a controlled programme: users authenticate with their own IFS account and NgageChat calls IFS with that token, so compartments hold and the IFS-side audit names the individual. Other modes — embedded sessions, password-only login — use a configured connection instead and would need to be excluded explicitly. Bring this to the first conversation.
Can it run entirely inside our environment?
It can be self-hosted in your own cloud so that IFS traffic stays within your boundary. Talk to us about the specific model requirements and residency constraints for your programme.
What exactly is logged?
Each user message, each assistant reply, each tool call with its parameters and outcome, the model used, token usage, duration, and any error. The IFS-side audit is unchanged, because calls arrive as the individual user.
