Who we are

NgageChat is a product of EX10, the maker of the Ngage Suite. This notice covers the ngagechat.ai website. Product deployments are governed by the agreement in place with each customer, which takes precedence over this page.

What this website collects

This site is a static marketing site. It does not use tracking cookies, does not run advertising pixels, and does not require an account. If website analytics are enabled in future, they will be configured with IP anonymisation and disclosed here.

If you email us, we process the contact details and content of your message in order to respond. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

The product

NgageChat connects to a customer’s own IFS Cloud environment. In browser sign-in, each end user authenticates with their own IFS account and NgageChat calls IFS with that user’s access token. Embedded sessions and password-only logins use a connection configured for the deployment instead; which mode applies is recorded in each customer’s agreement.

Conversations, including messages and tool invocations, are recorded so customers have history and an audit trail. Where that data is stored, how long it is retained and which model provider and region process prompts are determined by the deployment: self-hosted in the customer’s own cloud, or hosted by EX10. NgageChat uses commercial model APIs whose terms exclude customer content from model training. We will confirm the exact provider, region and retention position for a given deployment in writing.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to it. To exercise any of these, or to ask a question about this notice, email hello@ngagesuite.com.

Where NgageChat processes personal data held inside a customer’s IFS environment, EX10 acts as a processor on that customer’s instructions and requests from individuals should be directed to the customer as controller.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change, and the date at the top will change with it.
